Contributing Members
Contributing members shall be those members who do not wish to participate as active members but who wish to maintain affiliation and attendance at any activity of this organization. Contributing members shall not have a vote, but the shall have the privilege of the floor. Contributing membership may be created if an active member does not meet the attendance requirements stated above. Members that are under investigation for any major or minor offense as indicated in paragraph 7 of the By-Laws will be considered as suspended and in a Contributing member status. Additionally, they are suspended from all company activities and loose their privileges of voice and vote until they are returned to an Active member status.
