Firefighters
Active members shall be physically capable of performing services on behalf of the company as attested to be a physician. Active members shall have a voice and vote in the affairs of the company. The activity of each member shall be examined annually in January by the President, the Trustees, and the Chief. Every active member will be required to attend at least fifty percent (50%) of all company drills, 50% of all company meetings, 50% emergency alarms, and 50% of all company fund raisers unless these requirements are waived by a committee comprised of the President, Trustees, and the Chief, for good cause, in the case of a particular member. This requirement shall be permanent unless changed by vote of two thirds (2/3) of the members in attendance at the Annual Meeting.
