President
The President shall be the chief executive officer of the company. He shall preside at and conduct all meetings in accordance with these By-Laws and Roberts Rules of Order. He shall appoint all standing and special committees and officers to fill vacancies. He shall have authority to sign all orders for payment of money for any purpose. He shall be ex-officio member of all committees. He shall publish such directives, rules, policies and operating procedures for the safe and efficient administrative and business operations of this company.
